Toothpaste grade CMC is a high-purity and high-viscosity cellulose derivative specifically designed for oral care products, which has excellent thickening properties, stability, and biocompatibility.

1. Make sure product doesn't get wet, or package damage during transportation.
2. Use out ASAP after opening, empty the air and seal inner bag tightly if you can't use out in one time.
3. Equip the warehouse with insecticidal lamp , moisture meter and temperature meter etc. Meantime, record the data in time and adjust condition once it's out of control.
4. If you can't use out within 2 years, you may collect 100-200g CMC sample from your cargo and send us for testing again so that we could give you the answer.
Storage Requirements of CMC for Other
Sodium CMC should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. Exposure to high temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight can significantly impact its quality and performance. The ideal storage temperature for sodium CMC is between 10°C and 30°C (50°F and 86°F). Temperatures outside this range can cause the product to degrade, leading to changes in its viscosity, solubility, and other important properties.
Humidity is another crucial factor to consider when storing sodium CMC. High humidity levels can cause the product to absorb moisture from the air, resulting in clumping, caking, and a decrease in its flowability. To prevent this, it is recommended to store sodium CMC in a location with a relative humidity of less than 60%. If the storage area is prone to high humidity, using a dehumidifier or storing the product in airtight containers can help maintain its quality.
